Jokokan Denmark's Country Manager Jens Iversen Shihan, 5th dan visits Jokokan Frederiksberg.

By Janus Friis, Member until 2008

In connection with the graduation of Rune Larsen, the management of Jokokan Frederiksberg had decided to engage Jens Shihan for an evening's training on Tuesday 7 May.
At the request of the club's Shihan Lars Holm, the training theme was chosen for Shiho Soku. In other words, advanced yakami training. Therefore, the training was also reserved for the club's instructors and experienced students, who had to break out their listening devices to catch the many nuggets of gold.

The different participants trained at many different levels; right from practicing the basic movements to fine-tuning sophisticated details.

In other words, theory and movement theory were thoroughly explored, and of course the allotted time turned out to be too little for the planned training. But of course there was still plenty to train on...

A big congratulations must go to Rune, who passed his 4th kyu graduation and can now look towards new goals....

All in all, a successful evening with lots of material for further training.

Game Education - SamuraiViking officers

SamuraiViking officers – As the general and military strategist Sun Tsu said; "He will win who knows when to fight and when not to fight, and Victorious warriors win first and then go to war, while defeated warriors go to war first and then seek to win."
