Shooting in the Hole' m 9 mm - Zone/'Military' shooting

Initially shot at a single target, first one, then two and then several shots at a time. Then transition etc. two goals.

Trained and shot two magazines each at increasing distance to fixed target, ie. carried out shooting at 7, 10, 15, 20/25 m.
– Alpha zone (unprotected instant lethal)
– C-zone (lethal or severely injuring shot)
– D-Zone (Hurtful)

Shot transitions first up and down, then from side to side
In total approx. 360 shots. I initially shot approx. 80% and then 90% in alpha zone.

Transition up and down - from side to side. Tendency to pull over on second shot.

1 respectively 2 transitions (2 or 4 shots)
From side to side: Hay hand starts from hay and pulls towards ve (ve hand reversed). Of course, it is trained in the opposite direction
Down and up
– recoil pulls from below upwards - start with that – remember to aim for the second shot as well

When transitioning, it is crucially important to have a constant split time (time between shot releases).
Constant split time depending on correct reset (correct aim, slowly unsqueeze, trigger-click and re-squeeze), which again rests/builds on correct recoil control, which rests on correct basic shooting technique, which again rests on correct setting; 'one shot-one kill' - every shot counts! Life or death. Simple and straightforward, right!?! 🙂

Important to be patient, constantly split and in flow - so you could repeat quickly, safely and accurately - as in Yakami Shinsei-ryu
Finally also shot 50m targets (large and small) with Magtech F (extra hard charged) ammo.

Self-Evaluation:
While shooting from a standing position to a fixed target in Hullet, I learned again the importance of taking responsibility for myself and others, recognizing that I myself and others have a task to solve and overall felt that I had a good collaboration with Karsten Shisho and Jens Hanshi- come on

Learned that before shooting I didn't quite dare to believe in myself and believe that I could also hit. It's about having confidence in yourself – a prerequisite for being able to have confidence in others.

Cooperation with clean-up was quick, easy and efficient, and everyone contributed and followed clear commands from the fire commander - very satisfying.

Evaluation of the shooting range instructor is based on the principle 'Praise-Rise-Praise'
1. Good Preparation (demonstrated humility for the task). Had laid out a good plan in detail.
Control the course ifa purpose and content as well as timetable and assignment distribution.

2. Clear Messages/Commands from the course leader and Shooting range instructors - took leadership

3. Correct output/implementation. Demonstrated good overview, executed according to plan with necessary small adjustments and gave support instructions.

4. Good delegation of tasks - retained leadership role - took responsibility for self and others so students grew.

5. Kept time and target plan, made necessary small corrections along the way and adjusted for unforeseen events; 'adapt like water'.

The above created safety (security) and value

Cleaning and maintenance of Pistol (weapon)
Exciting and educational self-cleaning pistol – simple construction of CZ Shadow – can fire 1-2000 rounds before needing to be cleaned. Can easily fire 100-200,000 rounds; workhorse.
Used by special forces all over the world.

Ego vs Cooperation - did not pass or perhaps only barely

'Shooting on the Range' m 0.22 – Precision/'Sports' shooting

Fired 10 shots to shoot aim. Then 3x 30 shots where it was about learning from your mistakes by self-evaluation.
Aim setting: Shot for spread up and down – breathing and getting used to precision shooting. The first 10 shots not enough for assembly and aiming.
Shot increasingly better and better m large collection, however a little too high to the left - setting the aim

Learning:
Recognized when I shot became eager and shot beyond my ability. Important to quickly find center, composure, correct basic shooting technique ((POMW handbook with hand position, aiming tools))

Good results due to focus on good process m setting and good dry training preparation.

Wasn't nearly as physically or mentally tired on September 22 as on September 1. Sept 8. Could hold gun and concentration until the end and concentrate on safety, basics, training and learning.

Self-evaluation:
'Actually did very well.' According to Kimu Sensei.
However, tended for brief moments not to do exactly as told.
Apparently testing my own limit, shooting beyond my ability and thus not keeping a constant split, which is why it's slower. Honestly, I shot the first 8 of 30 shots with 4 at a time, in the first and second of the third series. I should have fired one and a maximum of two shots in a row at 22mm – that was the order.

Apparently, with a certain egotistical madness, I allow myself to let go of self-control and self-discipline, and sometimes think I'm so smart that I can do without my head and have to invent the deep plate, but it's not smart 🙂

Next time I will do it really well – 100%; was close this time, and that's good because I can't be better than I am.

On the other hand, I constantly had really good groupings. I 'lost' points by not quite adjusting the aim down and to the right enough. I actually think, truth be told, that with my own gun I could quickly lie with the score sv.t. 1st Division - but that's easier said than done and I have to train and prove that.

Conclusion:
Remember safety and basics, every count – life/death mindset. Shot; Hsingi-'one strike-one kill'.

Experience has shown that the practitioner becomes rusty, but can quickly train up to previous skills, especially if skills are maintained with dry training once or twice a week.
