TSM POMW! A is the first part of a total of three in the Theme Leader Development Seminar; TLUS POMW 1, which runs over 1H, 2012. The subsequent TLUS POMW 2 runs over 2H, 2012. POMW has a total duration of approx. 12 months and is part of the Shindenkan Team Group; TG4 black belt's competence toolbox (1.dan – 3.dan single-track martial arts, 1.dan YSK multi-track).
