"There are two or three people in the world who get or have this knowledge, which is the very one point essence of Budo and Bujutsu through the last 1,000 years of evolution, so therefore you cannot tell anyone about the content of this RRCamp at all under Gokuden – Gokui Menkyo Kaiden”, the SST said seriously and looked at me. When I thought that no one would be able to understand it anyway and thus use it, and therefore we at Shindenkan have an openness policy, so... But SST interrupted my train of thought and said that only what they know the words and concepts, then it can be misused as bluff, although they will never understand or can apply this. This was and is the ultimate hideout.

I of course agreed and was grateful for this ultimate transmission of the essence which lasted for a continuous 8 hours, interrupted only by a 5 minute quick lunch and a 5 minute exchange of gifts and courtesies when we meet before getting down to business.

8 hours sounds like a long time with 100 % concentration and training, but when time and place cease, it only lasts a moment.

This is how my 46th training camp with SST in total went, my 41st training camp in Japan since the first time in 1989 – 26 years ago, and my 70'21st time in Japan since I was born almost 50 years ago.

On the other hand, I had my family with me this time and we had all saved up throughout the year for these fantastic 8 days in Japan. After the transmission from SST, we went down to the hotel's restaurant to enjoy a really good dinner from the hotel's buffet.

Soon, Anette (wife) and my two daughters, Elisabet and Viktoria, also arrived, who were thus able to meet with SST again. SST recalled when both girls were small and he played with them and trained them, which everyone enjoyed.

SST is now 77 years old, but in the dojo he still moves like a 25-year-old would only dream of. And thus ends the now very short account of my RRCamp.Japan.2015, which must also be expected to be very short in the future.

SamuraiViking officers – As the general and military strategist Sun Tsu said; "He will win who knows when to fight and when not to fight, and Victorious warriors win first and then go to war, while defeated warriors go to war first and then seek to win."
