The POMW course is good. There is a thorough review of a person's development from rank and file to leader.

And it is the person behind the weapon and not necessarily the weapon that kills.

You discover that shooting is not so easy if it has to be the same every time.

You also have to have the will (attitude) because you can get very tired and get sore muscles.

Dry training must also be practiced at home 

The only negative is that we thought there was a little too much theory.
