50 willing Jokokaners passed their federal graduation

By Jokokan Federation

The atmosphere was expectant and high among the more than 50 Jokokaners of all ages who had just completed the last federation graduation of the season in the Honbu-dojo's premises in Greve. The approx. 30-35 spectators, also of all ages, waited expectantly for the announcement of the result of the Jokokans' efforts 3-12 months before this decisive graduation, which everyone wanted to be the crowning achievement at the end of the season.

After a short vote, Kimu Sensei entered the sizzling hall smiling, together with national coach Jens Shihan and the other Chief Instructors. Kimu Sensei announced one by one that 28 JokoKidz and 25 adults had passed their graduation, while the applause offered the graduates recognition.

Not only this, five JokoKidz had made themselves particularly noticeable through hard training and progress, that these jumped a graduation line. The adults didn't hold back either, as three adults skipped a grade; two got a ho degree (80 % passed) and one jumped straight into the finish line to the next degree.

The atmosphere became particularly high as the tension was unleashed during the announcement, until it reached a climax like during a national football match, where Denmark had just become European champions again.

Rumors and rumors say that many celebrated their individual achievements, Chief Instructors and Instructors their joint achievements, to the point of a very big headache, morning hair and hoarse voice the next day.

The Federal Board wishes all graduates hearty congratulations on their new degrees.
