It is a pleasure to welcome around 90 new Jokokaners to the Jokokan Danmark Forbundet. The association has now reached around 400 active as well as passive members, which is a 10-fold or 1,000 % increase over the last 4 years.

There is no doubt that this success is due to the opening and development of the organization Jokokan and Bredde Yakami-ryu Gensei Karate-do, from a super elitist small organization to an organization with "Place for everyone - the elite as well as the exerciser".

As well as a now clear distribution of responsibilities between the democratic association Jokokan Denmark, Member of Jokokan Europe, and the systems in Jokokan Honbu-dojos.

The largest Jokokan school is now the Jokokan Ballerup Karate School, which in three years has grown 1,500 % to now approx. 150 members. The remaining approx. 250 members spread across Jokokan's five other schools; Slagelse, Korsør, Frederiksberg, Amager and Honbu dojos, which have also grown considerably in the last few years.

Once again welcome to the approx. 90 new Jokokans!
