We hope you all had a lovely summer holiday - we look forward to welcoming you and seeing you all again!
It is still Corona time, and we still have to take into account everything we know about looking after each other and ourselves. But we must also begin to bring a normality and common joy of life into our lives, - according to the conditions we live under at all times.
The last 4 months of the 2019-2020 season, Shindenkan ran extremely successfully four tracks, which included virtual training course and outdoor training. All the members successfully supported these initiatives - despite restrictions and uncertainty surrounding the development of Corona. Together we stand strong! and this we all proved in Shindenkan!
Season 2020-2021 starts indoors again, which means a higher normality and independence from weather, sun and wind. But we still have to look after each other and follow the authorities' guidelines, with a lot of common sense added as a starting point in multi-track research!
It will be voluntary to wear a mask during the entire training, but mandatory when we train close to the 1 m from each other. Constant ventilation will also be mandatory, along with the other health guidelines.
Why? This research video is self-explanatory;
These few simple rules will be posted on posters at the entrance to the Dojo, as they did in the last months of the 2019-2020 season. If you are in doubt or have safety questions, contact your head instructor or team instructor.
If we all take each other into account, take care of each other and ourselves, then we should probably have fun and develop together, - under the circumstances we live in at all times and get the best out of it!. We can control that!
Welcome to season 2020-2021 - Together we stand strong!
